This high-quality T-Bar Row has several adjustable features including the foot pedals for the user's height, the handles can be adjusted higher/lower to allow for targeting different areas of the back. The T bar handle also comes on a pivot, allowing a natural path of movement for the user and the ability to mount it onto the end rubber supports.
